Audra: 10 Months!

Likes: Shaking your head no. Exploring - particularly forbidden areas of the house. Staring stone faced at everything. The trash can. Looking out the window. Cruising on all of the furniture. Crawling away when we are at the library or Kindermusik. Crawling all over the dining area.

Dislikes: Being locked out of the kitchen. When we snack in front of you and we are not sharing. Staying still for a picture.

Milestones: You are finally starting to babble. Ayeyeye's, dadada's, blahblabla's and gagagagag's. You have stood up on your own a handful of times. You learned how to shake your head. You are much more aware and very observant. It is hard to get things past you.

Weight/Height: 17.4 lbs and 27 inches according to our calculations.

Clothing Size: 6-12 month and 9 month mostly. Starting to include some 12 month, but they are a bit big.

Eating: Still a great eater. We are increasing the amount of food you get per meal, and we let you try anything. Some days you are super slow and goofy during mealtime and other days you gobble everything right up. Bananas, grapes, avocado, hard-boiled eggs and watermelon are your favorite foods right now.

Sleep: Your napping and sleeping have been on a pretty consistent schedule.You take two naps a day. Some days it is a real struggle for you to fall asleep and others you go down like a dream. You like to wake up sometime between 6:20 am and 7:20am - or at least that is when you get loud enough to wake us up. 

Random Tidbits: You took your first trip to the aquarium. You were in a good mood most of the time. You still go from toy to toy to toy every 2 seconds it seems. You like to get into the trash can - luckily, it has a child lock on it. I don't think there is a thing in our living/dining room you haven't touched. We love when you babble; when we play back a video of you babbling, you start doing it again. You seem to really enjoy going to Kindermusik and storytime, and it is fun to watch you interact with the other babies. You are getting a little more interested in books, but you still have a short attention span when it comes to being read them.

How are Mommy and Daddy Doing?: Great. We love spending time with you, and you are so much fun to be around these days. Your laugh can instantly turn our day around.
