Molly: 5 Months!

Likes: Toys. Sitting. Smiling. Watching the trees. 

Dislikes: Too long in the car.

Milestones: Laughing. Sitting (tripod first then with no support).

Weight/Height: Around 16 lbs and not sure on height.

Clothing Size: 6 month, 9 month

Eating: Going well. You are quick and efficient. You've taken a few bottles from your dad over the past month which is a nice break for mommy. 

Sleep: This has been your roughest sleep month yet. You went back to a wake up most nights, but they are quick and painless. You will often sleep in until 8:30 am or so if you get the wake up at the right time. You are a more sensitive napper now, and naps just went off the deep end at one point. You are cat napping most of the time and we need to work on getting them longer. Some fussing it out in the crib has led us to finally getting you to take naps in your crib, but your limit is still about 40 minutes. 

Health: A cold or two is about it. You have been drooling a bit lately. That plus your random crankiness makes me wonder if a tooth will pop through soon.

Random Tidbits: You love being kissed and nommed on. You are pretty ticklish. You smile so much and we can't get enough. You will roll up on your side but not all the way over. You have only rolled belly to back twice. You like to sit up and can go for 2+ min without throwing yourself off balance. As the weather gets warmer we are spending a lot more time outside. You usually end up taking your last nap of the day in the carrier at that point, but on the days you are awake you have fun watching the trees. 

How are Mommy and Daddy Doing?: We are tired, but happy. Mommy really wishes you wouldn't get so worked up in the car and get those naps a little bit longer. Your many smiles just light us up.

How are Big Sisters Doing?: Brooke loves to come up to you and say, "Ugga mugga." Audra is eager to have you be a part of anything they are playing. Brooke loves to inform me when you wake up and rush in to rescue you/join you in the crib.

Looking Forward To: Rolling. (Peaceful) road trip to Nashville and possibly a camping trip.
